Designing and bringing a special occasion dress to life is such a wonderful process to me because it involves creating an item of clothing for a woman who is stepping into a new role. I love mixes of old and new. There are fabrics from the past that are incredibly beautiful and sometimes we mix these with modern fabrics to create a fusion of two worlds.
